The following are organizations I'm personally familiar with and refer them with the greatest confidence that they sincerely strive to accomplish their humanitarian goals in Viet Nam.

Lotus Humanitarian Aid Foundation (LHAF) is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization founded in 2006. LHAF provides humanitarian aid to needy individuals, families, and small communities in Viet Nam with an eye toward connecting the donors, staff, and beneficiaries on a personal, intimate level -- thus, promoting a meaningful relationship to all parties.
Aid from LHAF addresses the needs of the poorest within those categories (individual, family, community); helping them obtain basic needs otherwise unobtainable. Our work is not limited to but focuses on funding activities such as:
SPEECH THERAPY IN VIET NAM

PeaceTrees Vietnam sponsors the clearance of landmines and unexploded ordnance (UXO) in Quang Tri Province as a means of realizing the mission to reverse the legacy of war. The Vietnamese have been clearing for over 30 years.
